Vessoul Transmissions:
A Wild Clay Oracle A Wild Clay Oracle for Soul Alchemy
A 46-card oracle deck and guidebook channeled through an ancient ceramic ritual. Trauma-informed. Science-rooted. Heart-centered.
Did you ever tromp around in the woods as a child, digging up mud and shaping it into random little creations like mud pies, little shapes, or what you later learned was actually a pinch pot? Somehow, without anyone teaching you, your hands just knew what to do. It was instinct, like dancing or laughter, something embedded in your DNA.
Or maybe you touched clay later in life, in a high school art class, a college pottery elective, or at a studio workshop. Do you remember that moment of surprise? That sense of, huh, this feels weirdly soothing but I'm not sure why.
That’s what this deck is about. Vessoul Transmissions: A Wild Clay Oracle is a way to reconnect with that gut-level knowing, the feeling that clay is already built into our humanness. The way your body relaxes and your soul stirs when your hands meet earth. The way it just makes sense, without explanation.
The Story
Since the beginning of time, clay has been one of humanity’s greatest teachers. It was the first material we shaped into vessels, to carry water, store food, and preserve what was essential for life. With clay, we became more mobile. It expanded the possibilities of our lives, allowing us to travel, to settle, and to thrive.
But clay has never only been practical. It has always been a mirror. It teaches patience, transformation, resilience, and flow. Again and again, I have experienced the healing power of clay in my own life. And I have seen it firsthand in my retreats, people leaving behind burnout, anxiety, and confusion, finding nervous system regulation and a deeper connection to themselves and their lives through this process.
Vessoul Transmissions: A Wild Clay Oracle was born from the desire to make that same healing more accessible. Channeled through my own experience of collapse, liminal space, and emergence this deck is a journey through the human experience by way of an ancient ceramic process. Not everyone can join me at a retreat, but with this deck and accompanying resources, you can bring the practice home, a way to step into the ritual and reflection of an ancient earth based process in your own space and your own time.
More than a deck
A 46-card oracle, illustrated in full color, inspired by the wild clay process, the human experience, alchemy, and the natural world. Each card is an exploration of both material and metaphor: grounded in science, trauma informed, and soul centered.

Ancient knowledge meets
modern technology
The artwork weaves together sci-fi futurism and the timeless elegance of vintage Alphonse Mucha, enriched with earthy tones, textures, and alchemical symbolism. It carries the sense of ancient knowledge meeting modern technology, reflecting the polarity of our times: living in an age of rapid innovation while yearning to ground ourselves, to return to the earth, the body, the elements, and our own inner wisdom. Each image is rooted in the creative process of clay, in geology and ritual, and in the language of soul alchemy, offering a bridge between creativity, science, self-inquiry, and spirituality.

Creative Process
I created this deck by sitting at the intersection of ancient and modern. The wild clay practice gave me the metaphors and rituals through my own transformative collapse and rebirth in early 2025. This experience combined with my background in AI Software Experience Design shaped how I translated what I've learned into tools for others.
In my career as a designer, I have always built experiences that could stand alone but became truly transformative when connected into a larger ecosystem. I approached this project in the same way. The deck, the field guide, and the retreat journal are each complete on their own, yet together they create a living process of reflection, practice, and transformation. This mirrors the retreats I have been hosting since 2021, where clay work, meditation, and neuroscience-based practices combine into an end-to-end journey of healing and creativity.
Even the artwork reflects this philosophy. I collaborated with Adobe Firefly not as a shortcut, but as I would with a designer on my team: guiding, iterating, and refining. I took fragments into Photoshop and Illustrator, reshaping and composing them by hand. Each card is the result of hours of design, intuition, and craftsmanship, created as a stand-alone piece that also belongs to the greater whole.
