Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLAN

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. During checkout, you'll have the option to pay in full or use Affirm to set up a payment plan (subject to approval and eligibility).

Cancellation policy:

Due to the intimate scale of this retreat and the upfront costs required to secure our space, team, and materials, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Your $1,000 deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • If you’re unable to attend, you may:
Transfer your spot to another approved participant, or
Apply your payment (minus the deposit) to a future retreat.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected cancellations or emergencies.

In the rare event of cancellation due to natural disaster or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT CLAUSE

This retreat is designed for a small, sacred group experience and requires a minimum of 8 participants.

In the unlikely event that we do not meet this minimum, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

We are committed to honoring your time, energy, and travel planning—and will communicate clearly and compassionately if anything shifts.

Travel insurance:

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

No one plans to cancel an epic journey, but life happens—and insurance can help you recoup costs for the retreat and your flights.

We recommend:

  • Travelex for U.S. residents

  • Trawick International for U.S. and international travelers

Please note: Travel insurance doesn’t cover everything. Review your plan details carefully, and confirm eligibility based on your location.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Your reservation is held once your deposit or full payment is received via our online Stripe checkout.

However, your registration is not confirmed until you complete all three required steps:

  1. Submit your deposit or payment in full

  2. Complete the required intake form

  3. Schedule and attend a 30-minute alignment call

  4. All participants are also required to complete a liability waiver prior to the retreat. This will be sent to you after your registration steps are complete and must be signed in order to attend.

These steps help ensure that the retreat container is aligned, intentional, and supportive for all participants.

In addition, all participants must have a valid passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the retreat end date (i.e., through August 2, 2026). Please check your documents in advance, as this is a non-negotiable requirement for international travel to Mexico.

Failure to complete the intake form, attend the call, or meet the passport requirements may result in your reservation being canceled without refund.

The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation after a written reminder if payment deadlines are not met.

Airport transfers can only be arranged once you provide your flight details (airline, flight number, and arrival time) at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Any add-ons booked before arrival may only be canceled free of charge if no costs have already been incurred by the company in booking them.

PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION

The participant explicitly declares that there are no medical reservations as far as his/her activity during the retreat is concerned. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

LIABILITY

The company is not liable for any damages or personal injuries. Liability for the loss of or damage to participants’ property on the part of the organizer shall be excluded. We recommend travel and health insurance for the respective period. The organizer’s equipment and vehicles should be treated in due form. The participant shall be liable for damages in the case of negligent or wilful damage or loss.
