Teitiare Estate • Sayulita, MX • January 28 – February 2, 2026
5 nights / 6 days • Full Moon • Whale Season
Space is limited to 8–14 women to preserve depth, spaciousness, and personal connection.
A return to body, earth, soul, and the creative life force within.
This retreat was born from the unraveling. From burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the slow reclamation of self. It’s not a vacation. It’s a vessel.
Over five nights and six days, we’ll gather as women in an intimate circle—under the full moon, during whale season—to regulate, reawaken, and remember. Through the ancient, grounding ritual of wild clay, we’ll reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, stretched thin, or forgotten.
Set on a private estate just outside Sayulita, this retreat offers both sanctuary and spaciousness. Morning yoga and breath work help ground the body. Meditations and creative practices soften the nervous system. A sacred pit fire, a secret clay beach, and the slow, hands-on process of forming clay into vessel invite deep presence and embodied soul alchemy.
Together we’ll forage, cleanse, hand-build, and pit fire with wild clay—transforming earth into form, just as we transform ourselves through process. Each step in the ceramic journey mirrors a step in your own. You’ll return home with a vessel shaped by your hands and the land itself—a physical reminder of the clarity, calm, transformation, and creative power you reclaimed.
This retreat is about returning to the rhythm of your own life.
It’s about the quiet moment you realize you’ve drifted from your soul’s pace—
and the brave choice to come back to it.
This isn’t a vacation. It’s a vessel.
A space to slow down. To gather. To soften the nervous system that’s been on high alert for too long.
To listen to your own creative pulse again.
We move not to become something new—but to remember what’s always been whole beneath the noise.
Through earth, breath, community, and clay, we return to what matters most—and begin to reshape our lives from that knowing.
Not everyone will be ready.
But if your body exhaled reading this, maybe you are.
No ceramic experience is necessary—just a willingness to arrive as you are.
A Glimpse Into the experience

Over six nourishing days and five luminous nights, you’ll be held in a thoughtfully guided space designed for deep restoration and reconnection.
Through wild clay and elemental ritual, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and guided reflection, we’ll soften the grip of burnout and begin the return to ourselves.
This retreat is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, authentic expression, and creative reconnection in a safe, supportive environment.
Together, we’ll experience:
Daily morning yoga overlooking the Pacific
Meditations to support nervous system regulation
An ancient wild clay process — foraging, cleansing, and hand-building, glazing, and pit-firing
A sunset sound bath to soothe the body and spirit
An excursion to a secret clay beach with a wild clay demo
Wholesome, nourishing meals (all included)
Guided reflections and introspective journaling exercises
A farewell dinner under the full moon
Why This Retreat?
Because something in you is ready.
Ready to stop surviving and start listening.
To come home to your body.
To meet your inner voice with gentleness.
To remember your creativity is sacred and powerful.
This retreat is an evolution of what came before—rooted in the lessons learned moving through unraveling. After moving through burnout and the slow, often invisible work of rebuilding, I knew I had to shape an experience that offered what I most needed:
Not more doing. Not more striving.
But rest.
Reset.
Remembering.
And recreating.
This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are—no performance, no pressure.
Who It’s For?
This experience is especially for you if:
You feel like you’ve lost touch with your creativity, your voice, or your purpose
You’re craving nervous system healing and somatic grounding
You’ve been navigating burnout, life transitions, or emotional upheaval
You want to be in an intimate, supportive space with other women who get it
You long to reconnect with nature, with ritual, and with your own creative flow
You’re curious about the ancient process of creating with wild clay—and how it can become a mirror, a medicine, and a teacher on the path of remembering
No prior clay experience is needed
