A Wild Clay Retreat for Soul Reclamation
Sacred Vessels is an invitation into a 6-day sanctuary of creation, restoration, and remembrance—guided by an ancient wild clay process. A return to your body, the earth, your soul, and the creative life force within.
Sayulita, MX • Jan 28 - Feb 2, 2026
Formed through clay and community, breath and movement, ritual and rest—Sacred Vessels is a reclamation: a creative rite for women ready to slow down, be seen, and reinhabit themselves. Not simply a retreat, but a return to wholeness.
Over six days and five nights, we’ll gather in intimate community—under the full moon, during whale season—to regulate, reawaken, and remember. Through the grounding ritual of creating with wild clay, we’ll reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been stretched thin, frayed, silenced, or forgotten.

Why this retreat?
Because something in you is ready.
Ready to stop surviving and start thriving.
To come home to your body, your rhythm.
To meet your inner voice with gentleness.
To remember your creativity and wholeness are
sacred and powerful.
To reclaim your life.
Set on a beachfront estate near Sayulita, this all-inclusive retreat offers both sanctuary and spaciousness. Intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, authentic expression, and creative reconnection in a safe, supportive environment.

We co-create
with the elements
Together we forage, cleanse, hand-build, and pit fire clay gathered with our own hands—transforming earth into form, just as we transform ourselves. You’ll return home with a vessel co-created with the elements—a living symbol of clarity, transformation, and creative power.
No ceramic experience needed.
Day 1 : Arrival⋅Opening
Settle in, soften, and exhale.
Guests are welcomed at the airport and brought to the retreat property via shared transfer. You’ll have time to unwind, explore the lush grounds, and settle into your beautiful room.
That evening, we’ll gather for a nourishing welcome dinner, open our circle, and set intentions for the journey ahead.
Day 2 : gather ⋅ earth
& Cleanse ⋅ water
This is the day we gather and cleanse—earth, presence, and truth.
Morning yoga and breathwork gently return you to your body’s wisdom. After breakfast, we dig into the world of wild clay: how to identify, gather, and test it—while exploring the deeper philosophies woven into these steps.
We then set off on a once-in-a-lifetime excursion to a secret clay beach. We begin cleansing the clay and ourselves—physically, emotionally, energetically. Lunch follows our return, and in the afternoon, we begin exploring methods of processing—both the foraged clay and the inner narratives that no longer serve us. The evening offers quiet reflection, journaling, or rest, followed by a nourishing sunset dinner.
Day 3 : create ⋅ soul
This is the day we create—from vision to form.
We begin with morning yoga, breathwork, and a nourishing breakfast, followed by a guided meditation to awaken vision and clarity.
Through demonstrations, we explore how to bring dreams into form—learning techniques for pinch pots, coil, and mold built forms. After lunch, the afternoon opens into spaciousness: an open studio for continued ceramic creation and support, or time to rest, reflect, journal, swim, or simply be. The day ends with a nourishing sunset dinner.
Day 4 : sound ⋅ air
We begin again with the familiar rhythm—yoga, breathwork, breakfast, and meditation—to ground, clear, and attune.
The morning invites us back to the vessels we’ve shaped, with hands-on demos in natural glazing and surface techniques that honor each piece’s unique form.
The afternoon is a sacred pause—an invitation into stillness, spaciousness, and reflection, both for ourselves and our creations. After so much forming, we rest.
As the sun sets, we gather for a healing sound bath that soothes the nervous system and guides us gently into an evening of quiet and peace.
Day 5 : alchemize ⋅ fire
We begin with our familiar rhythm—yoga, breathwork, breakfast, and meditation—to center and prepare.
The morning is spacious and quiet, inviting integration before the fire.
After lunch, we shift into action—gathering around the pit to learn the art of building, tending, and preparing for the transformative flame. We ready our vessels for the fire—both literal and symbolic.
As the sun sets and the moon rises, we gather in ceremony for the full moon pit firing: a ritual of release, transformation, and soul resilience.
The evening closes with a celebratory farewell dinner on the beach, under the moonlight—where we reflect on all that has been illuminated during our time together.
Day 6 : emergence
We gather one final time to reflect, share, and honor the vessels.
Emerging from the alchemizing fire, we embody our next form—resilient, re-formed, and renewed. We return to the sea for a final ritual cleansing, washing away the last remnants of the flame.
With clear hearts, steady breath, and vessels shaped by hand and soul, we prepare to reenter daily life—revitalized, reconnected, and whole.
We share a final breakfast together before checkout and transfer back to Puerto Vallarta airport, carrying the rhythm of this journey with us as we depart.

“This retreat is an evolution of what came before—rooted in the lessons learned moving through unraveling. After experiencing burnout myself and the slow, often invisible work of rebuilding, I knew I had to shape an experience that offered what I most needed: Not more doing. Not more striving. But rest. Reset. Remembering. And recreating. This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are—no performance, no pressure.”
